Would you like to live in an apartment community where repairs are addressed as soon as possible, where the management will sign for your packages when you are not here? The management staff is friendly , helpful, and down right charming. Facilities and grounds are kept immaculate. I have been here for 5 years now, very good place to live. - Janet The location is just awesome... you are at the heart of the new Hollywood, and you can walk to the Kodak theater or El Captain in less than 10 min... lots of things to do, close to the free way ( 101 S ) ... Surrounded by Historic Hollywood buildings it as an East coast feel to it also... Good monthly rates, that are on month to month basis... the rooms are good size and clean through out the units. The staff are polite and helpful. Just great little Hollywood pad for people of all walks of life ! - Jay Our vet told us about Franklin Park Apartments being pet friendly. Lee, me, and the cats moved in during February of 1985 and have occupied the same apartment since day one. We have always found management responsive to our needs, neighbors to be friendly, and a pleasant place to have spent almost a quarter of a century. We hope to spend the next 25 in the same place! - Bill
